Feedback Alert provides you with a daily or weekly email containing all of your online guest reviews from such major websites as TripAdvisor®, Yahoo!® Travel, Priceline®, Google™ Maps, Hotels.com™, Expedia™, Orbitz™ and Travelocity™.
Read through the emails to learn what guests are saying about your hotel. Since Feedback Alert
is managed by professional reviewers and not computer-generated, the reviews will be filtered to ensure that you only receive
relevant online guest reviews.
NOTE: Daily alerts are sent Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
MONTHLY FEEDBACK REPORT
Every month, you will receive a feedback report in PDF format. This informative report contains summary rankings from the major travel websites, comparisons with up to three competitor hotels and all of your previous month’s reviews. This is an excellent report to share with your entire customer service team.
